Laminated panel is between 20 and 30mm in thickness, 1,200mm in width, length determined by customer
Panel is mainly used as ventilation pipe for central air-conditioners
Different insulating panels with other soft facing layers could also be produced on line
Operation principles:
Raw materials of rigid-foam plastic are delivered into mixing head through metering pump on injection machine and then injected onto bottom facing sheet going to conveyors along with top superficial sheet
Between upper and lower conveyors, liquid materials are hardened into shape, after laminated sheet is edge-trimmed and by an automatic tracking cutting mechanism, cut into segments according to preset length
