Used to produce sandwich panels for making automatic doors with middle layer of rigid polyurethane foam and aluminum sheet/color steel sheet as the top and bottom face layers
Laminated panel is between 30 and 100mm thickness and 350 to 700mm width
Customized lengths are accepted
Operation principle of this line is as follows: PU raw materials are delivered into mixing head through metering pump and then evenly injected onto bottom facing sheet going toward conveyors along with top superficial sheet
Between upper and lower conveyors, liquid materials start foaming and are hardened into shape, after which formed door panel is, by an automatic tracking cutter, cut into segments according to preset length
Production line for door panels is same as line for wall and roof panels in terms of structure and operation principle
